Welcome to Data Analytics and Insights for the AIMC Certified Consultant Certification Program. This course will explore how analyzing data can provide insights to assist with strategic decision-making for organizations. Upon competion of this course you will be able to perform the following:

• Understand the fundamentals of quantitative and qualitative research, data collection and analysis
• Utilize analytical tools and best practices for data visualization
• Recognize and select data and sources in areas relevant to organizational effectiveness (e.g. environmental, product, process and financial performance)
• Introduction to Intelligent Automation (e.g. artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotic process automation, natural language processes) to develop insights that pertain to decision making
