Full course description
Welcome to this course on basic concepts and tools internal consultants can use to support effective organizational transformation and change efforts.
The purpose of this course is to provide you, the internal consultant, with a basic understanding of some of the fundamental change models in use today and equip you with tools that are widely used in organizational change efforts. From this foundation, you will understand the building blocks needed to explore more complex concepts in large systems change and organizational transformation and evolution.
Upon completion you will be able to perform the following:
- Apply organizational transformation and change management practices and their specific application within the organization.
- Identify global industry and market needs
- Integrate change management practices in support of the human aspect of change
- Develop a case for change and stakeholder alignment
