The ISO Commercial Crime form protects businesses from a variety of crime and related exposures. It is particularly important for businesses that routinely handle cash and cash transactions.
Often, businesses overlook the need for the Commercial Crime form assuming that these risks are covered by the Business and Personal Property (BPP) form. However, this is not the case.
The Commercial Crime form, when needed, should be written along with other coverages such as the Commercial General Liability and Business and Personal Property forms.
