In this course, we are going to look at a type of policy that really only does one thing and does it very well, a Commercial Umbrella or Excess Liability Insurance Policy.  

Although many insurance professional assume that Umbrellas and Excess Liability policies are the same (and they use the names interchangeably), as you will learn, there is a difference.
